Kimura® K13X

Kimura™ K13X is a unique material specifically developed by Perlast to offer a step-change in sealing performance, which supports the continued drive towards lower feature sizes. Kimura™ K13X is NOT a perfluoroelastomer or any other standard type of elastomer material. It is a new breed of elastomer and outperformed every existing material in numerous customer trials in plasma etch environments. Kimura™ K13X utilizes a controlled molecular architecture which means that it is self-reinforcing and has no need for fillers of any kind. This material breaks new ground in elastomer technology, surpassing what has previously been achievable.
