Perlast G75B is ideal for use in down-hole packer applications due to its broad chemical compatibility, high temperature resistance, high modulus and high elongation at break. The unique combination of these physical properties allow G75B to deform sufficiently accommodate packer expansion, whilst preventing high pressure extrusion.

Perlast can utilise endless pre-forms, porous tooling and high force presses to prevent voids within the elastomer that can otherwise be seen when manufacturing large cross section elastomers.
